Himani Narwal Murder Case: No leader from the Congress party has visited Himani Narwal’s house. This revelation was made by her mother, Savita Narwal, during a conversation with the media.

The murder of Congress youth leader Himani Narwal in Haryana has intensified political tensions. Now, Himani’s mother, Savita, has spoken out, expressing her frustration. She stated that no one has visited their home yet. “We tried calling Bhupinder Singh Hooda, but we couldn’t get in touch with anyone,” she said. Meanwhile, Congress has demanded a high-level investigation into the case.
According to news agency ANI, Savita said, “My daughter put her life on the line. The people she worked with in the party were always around her. But till now, no one has come to our house. We tried contacting Hooda, but we haven’t been able to reach anyone. I last spoke to her on the 27th at around 9 PM. After the elections, she was not actively working for any party. She had been associated with Congress for the past 10 years.”
Strict Action Against the Guilty – Hooda
Reacting to the murder, Bhupinder Singh Hooda tweeted, “The brutal killing of a young girl and her body being found in a suitcase is heartbreaking and shocking. This is a serious blot on the state’s law and order situation. A high-level, impartial investigation must be conducted, and the government should ensure swift justice for the victim’s family and the strictest punishment for the culprits.”
No Political Angle Seen – Police
Sampala Police Station SHO, Bijender Singh, provided details on the case, stating, “We received information yesterday morning about a girl’s body found in a suitcase near the bus stand. The body has been identified, and a case has been registered. Four teams are working on the case, and we will soon reveal the details. The post-mortem is scheduled for today. So far, we haven’t found any political angle, but we are investigating thoroughly.”
Himani Narwal was murdered at a time when municipal elections are taking place in Haryana. Reports suggest she was strangled to death. Her hands were adorned with mehendi, and blood was found near her nose.
