Anna Hazare on Sanjay Raut: Sanjay Raut accused Anna Hazare of not raising his voice against the corruption in the BJP government after 2014. Hazare retaliated to this accusation.

Sanjay Raut on Anna Hazare: On Tuesday, February 11, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut made a serious accusation against Anna Hazare. He claimed that after 2014, corruption took place in the governments led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), but Anna Hazare did not raise his voice against it. In response, Hazare countered the allegations and said that some people perceive things according to their own mindset.
According to news agency PTI, Sanjay Raut said, “Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia made Anna Hazare a Mahatma. Without them, Anna wouldn’t have even seen Delhi. After 2014, there have been many irregularities in the BJP-led central government and in Maharashtra, but Anna did not say a word.”
‘One should not view the world with a single perspective’ – Anna Hazare
Sanjay Raut argued that to protest against corruption, Anna Hazare should have gone to Ram Leela Maidan or Jantar Mantar in Delhi. In response, Anna Hazare said, “A person with a particular perspective views the world in that way.”
‘It’s not right for Anna Hazare to remain silent’ – Sanjay Raut
Sanjay Raut has previously attacked Anna Hazare as well. He had said, “Anna Hazare is very happy with Arvind Kejriwal’s defeat. He remains silent on the corruption in the Modi government.” Raut further added, “A businessman is looting the country, and his income keeps increasing. All the benefits are going to him. Despite these conditions, Anna Hazare remains silent, and this is not right.”
Serious allegations against the BJP
Moreover, Sanjay Raut had also accused the BJP of misusing money and power since coming to power in 2014. He claimed that elections in the country have not been conducted constitutionally, with the BJP constantly winning elections through the illegal use of money and power.
