Police Crackdown: 12 Cars Seized

After the video gained traction online, Surat Police launched an investigation. Authorities confirmed that the students belonged to a prestigious school in the city. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Amita Vanani stated that strict action would be taken against those who violated motor vehicle laws. She confirmed that authorities are verifying the registration numbers and licenses of the vehicles involved. “Anyone found guilty will face penalties and legal consequences under the Motor Vehicles Act (MV Act),” she added.

School Administration Denies Responsibility

The school management distanced itself from the incident, claiming that the students and their parents arranged the luxury cars without any permission. “We provided a school bus for transportation, but no one used it,” a school representative stated. The school also clarified that they did not allow any cars inside the school premises.
