In a recent interview with Hotterfly, Tanisha revealed that her mother, Tanuja, was concerned that Kajol, being older and physically bigger than Tanisha, could hurt her. With this fear in mind, Tanuja implemented a rule for both sisters.

Tanisha believes that this rule was beneficial, as it helped build a better and stronger relationship between her and Kajol, without any physical altercations. She made her major Bollywood debut in 2005 with the film Neil N Nikki alongside Uday Chopra. She later participated in Bigg Boss 7, where she was the first runner-up, and also took part in the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
A New Beginning in Marathi Cinema: While Tanisha didn’t make a significant impact in Bollywood, she is now ready to make her mark in Marathi cinema. She is set to debut in the Marathi film Veer Murarbaji, marking her entry into the Marathi film industry.
