NEET UG 2025 Exam on May 4: Important Guidelines, Documents to Carry, Dress Code Rules
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2025 will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday, May 4, in 566 cities across India and abroad. The exam will be held in a single shift from 2 PM to 5 PM.
Candidates appearing for the exam must download their admit cards from the official website neet.nta.nic.in, as they were made available on April 30, 2025. It is mandatory to reach the exam centre on time and follow all guidelines issued by NTA.
Essential Documents to Carry:
1. Admit Card тАУ Printed copy with a passport-size photo (same as uploaded in the application).
2. One Passport-size Photograph тАУ To be pasted on the attendance sheet at the centre.
3. Valid Photo ID Proof тАУ Any of these: PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Ration Card, or Class 12 Admit Card.
4. PwBD Certificate (if applicable) тАУ For candidates claiming disability reservation.
Note: Candidates without valid documents or ID will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.
NEET UG 2025 Dress Code:
To maintain transparency and ensure fair conduct, candidates must strictly follow the dress code:
Wear light-colored, half-sleeve clothes only.
Avoid full-sleeve or heavy clothing.
Shoes are not allowed тАУ only slippers or low-heel sandals permitted.
Traditional/religious attire should be avoided.
Jewelry like earrings, nose rings, pendants, or metallic items such as watches, bangles, or bracelets are banned.
Candidates are urged to read and follow the guidelines mentioned in their admit card carefully to avoid any last-minute trouble.
